The Congo Equipment Training department specializes in driving training, machine maintenance and repair, with courses designed according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
The department is in charge of the continuous training of the Congo Equipment teams, sister subsidiaries and customers who express the need with the objective of upgrading and the continuous development of their knowledge and know-how.
Depending on the needs, internships can be organized on the work sites or in one of our training centers. Congo Equipment has centers in Lubumbashi, Fungurume (TFM) and Kolwezi.
The infrastructures of the training department are:
- CETC-Salama /Lubumbashi: has been fully operational since February 17, 2016 and includes a training room, and a 400 m² workshop for transmission, hydraulics, electricity and engine training. In the office, the training department has a simulator room for machine driving training, 3 classrooms, one of which is equipped with computers for computer-related training.
- CETC-TFM: equipped with a 500 m² workshop for training in transmission, hydraulics, electricity and engine level 1 and 3 classrooms including 1 reserved for computer training.
- CETC-Kolwezi: equipped with a classroom.
