The Caterpillar Inc. apprenticeship program

We at Congo Equipment are proud hosts of the Caterpillar Inc. apprenticeship program.

This program is designed to help young talented people develop their professional skills and embark on an exciting career in the heavy equipment industry. The program aims to train participants in the technical and professional skills needed to work on the Caterpillar range of equipment, such as track-type tractors, hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, etc. It includes on-job training, where participants learn how to maintain and repair the equipment.

Participants in the Caterpillar apprentice program also have the opportunity to take online courses to reinforce their knowledge and improve their skillset. The courses cover topics such as Engine, Electricity and Electronics, Hydraulics, Power Trains, Brakes, Air Conditioning, etc.

As Caterpillar apprentices, they will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and receive tailored training to become experts in the field. They also have the opportunity to work on real projects and gain invaluable practical experience.
