HR CLERK
Congo - Equipment SARL, is looking for a " HR CLERK " according to the following descriptions:

- The role and responsibilities will include but not limited to: Under the supervision of the Junior HR Officer, the HR CLERK will have the following missions and responsibilities:
- Primary Duties: I.Administrative Management (Daily):
- Monitor employee attendance, absences and tardiness on a daily basis (Physical and electronic)
- Process the overtime of the employees of his site and their approval by the line managers,
- Prepare the payroll elements to be sent to Payroll for integration into the monthly payroll (Encode (Encode in an excel file the leaves, overtimes, absences, bonuses etc...)
- Distribute the EAE forms to the Line Managers to proceed with the individual evaluations;
- Encode the AEEs of his site to report the evolution of the AEE process on site,
- Handle all notifications (disciplinary sanctions, transfers, promotions, etc.)
- Send evaluation forms to Line Managers in case of end of contract or trial period,
- Submit incident reports to Line Managers/HOD for review;
- Actively participate in the processing and follow-up of disciplinary files of agents of his site in in the elaboration of the minutes of the hearing, the disciplinary summary, the invitation and other documents related to the discipline;
- Prepare and send a monthly disciplinary report of his site to the hierarchy.
