PARTS TRAINING

Congo Equipment recently held a training workshop for its PSSR (Product Support Sales Representative) and Parts teams.

The goal for this workshop was to train employees on CAT REMAN service, a Caterpillar Genuine Parts Refurbishment Program.

For two days, a specialized trainer from Caterpillar came to provide a comprehensive training on the management and communication of the CAT product Reman.

REMANUFACTURING (REMAN) is a process by which used parts of Caterpillar machines are collected, cleaned, repaired, and refurbished with strict quality standards. This process extends the life of the parts while reducing costs and protecting the environment. By investing in this type of training, Congo Equipment demonstrates its commitment to customer satisfaction by providing quality service and ensuring the availability of genuine spare parts for Caterpillar machines. This initiative also strengthens the skills and technical knowledge of its teams, which will result in better after-sales service.
