ENGINE The ADEM A4 electronic control module manages the fuel supply and air flow to ensure optimum performance for every liter of fuel consumed. The air-to-air cooling of the D11T / D11T CD Chain Tractor cools the hot compressed air coming out of the turbocharger to provide denser cooled air to the air intake system. Thanks to the cooled air it receives, the engine develops more power, produces fewer emissions and improves fuel efficiency. The engine cowling facilitates access to the maintenance points of the engine compartment. Maintenance and repairs are simpler thanks to the electronic monitoring of the main functions and the memorization of the incident indicators.

COOLING SYSTEM The variable speed hydraulic fan cools the engine according to the ambient conditions. In colder environments, it runs at a slower speed. The fan consumes only the power needed to cool the tractor systems, providing more power to the chains to help you reduce your cost per unit of moved material. The cooling system uses a two-part radiator equipped with robust and highly efficient aluminum plate plates. The aluminum bar construction provides excellent durability and optimizes heat transfer and corrosion resistance. It is only available on the D11 model with equivalent Tier 2 emission standards.

UNDERCARRIAGE The raised drive wheel and the suspended undercarriage work together to improve traction while maximizing ride comfort. These advantages contribute to increase the production and the lifetime of the components. This design transfers the shocks to the chassis; gearboxes, axles and steering components are thus protected from the violent shocks frequently encountered in the applications of this type of tractor. The bogie suspension allows the chain to adapt to terrain relief, to provide up to 15% additional ground contact, especially on hard and rugged terrain. Better traction means less skating, better balance and smoother riding. The upper roller mount is integrated with the undercarriage, making it easier to add the optional top roller to the jobsite.
